[Resolved] IDFC Bank — Fastag not created in spite paying the fees | |||
I have applied for FastTag in electronic city Toll Way in bangalore on January 31st 2017. i was asked to pay the joining fees of 500 + 200 as extra amount for the fast tag amount. I did a Online Transfer from my HDFC account through IMPS Ref #[protected], RRN #[protected] to the beneficiary Account #[protected]. which was confirmed by the bank employee. But when i contacted them. they said the amount transferred from my account to the IDFC bank is not reflecting. also now the response is very bad and say they cannot process the request. But with all this happening the IDFC bank has created account(61379) on my name to do Fast TAG transaction which means they have received the amount and created the account. Kindy investigate and take appropriate actions. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had transferred amount of rs1000/- towards my another account on 8th February 2017 ref no.[protected]
But neither was any error msg nor the amount was credited toward my union bank account.
Please look into the matter ASAP
