IDP IELTS — About EOR result, which I applied on 9th December/2021

I am very much concerned into why I was asked again to submit my EOR. I have all the proofs and conversation I received from IDP. This is unfair as I cannot let go of my money I already paid on 9th December. Therefore I demand immediate action. if you can submit my new score change or the outcome I previously applied for. And i have e-mail from idp that saying they uploaded my EOR outcome on my student login section, i went there and there is no EOR outcome.
