[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Idp Ielts regarding slot not booked after the payment was successful

Hello respected sir / mam.
I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on 7th March 2023 for pen and paper based ielts test for 25th March 2023 the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked but the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account I have paid the amount through phone pe UPI and below are the transaction details .

my passport number: U6374913

Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible.
