[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Test results not declared

I had appeared for the IELTS general test conducted by IDP on 24th Jun 2023 and I had paid INR 16500 for this.

The result was to be declared on the 13th day. However, they have not released my result till date and it has been 1 month.

The reason stated by them is that they withhold results from time to time to check the effectiveness of their processes.
How can they withhold any ones results to check the effectiveness of their own systems. It is there internal matter. It cannot a valid reason to not declare the result.
I have submitted a complaint with IDP but there has been no satisfactory response. complaint no CS0281609.
I have lost my points for the express entry due to the delay caused by them.

I need my money back along with a penalty. I would also like such practices to be stopped as these are monopolistic and lead to harassment.
