[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — The payment was deducted from my Bank account but Slot not booked .

Hello respected sir / mam.

I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on 19th May 2023 for Computer-delivered IELTS test for 25th May 2023 the amount 16250 INR has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked . I have paid the amount through PhonePe via Razorpay (scan) but I haven't received any confirmation over email or sms. Below are the transaction details.

Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible as I want to write the test as soon as i get the refund.

hey so I immediately sent an mail to idp ielts regarding the problem and I kept calling them everyday. And I got my refund after 3 days.
IDP IELTS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
