Idp Ielts — Amount debited and not refunded

Hello respected sir/ madam,
I am here to inform you that I have booked a IELTS slot on 18th March 2023 for pen and paper based IELTS test for 1st April 2023. the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked and the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account. I have paid the amount through Gpay UPI and below are the transaction details
Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible
