[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Amount debited but booking did not go through and no acknowledgement of it

Yesterday, I tried booking a slot for IELTS exam and the amount of Rs 15, 500 has been deducted. The booking did not go through. I spoke to your customer care executive today and he bluntly said that they won't acknowledge this on mail and to contact again after 10 days. 10 days??

Please provide a resolution on whom to contact, and the process for the refund.
