[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Amount debited from my account but showing transaction error

I tried registering with IDP IELTS for the IELTS examination on November 27, 2020. I paid the amount of Rs.14, 000 via net banking. It showed that there was a transaction error and there was no confirmation email regarding my payment and seat allotment. However, the money has been debited from my account, which my bank has confirmed but IDP is insisting that my name has not been registered. I'm a student and Rs. 14000 is a huge amount for me, so I can't register again till I get my money back. I intend to write the IELTS exam on December 23, 2020 so I need to get the money back as soon as possible so that I can register myself again.

I've faced the same issue today, the amount is debited and neither is my slot confirmed yet nor have I communicated any details on the same. I have raised a complaint on the Official website as well. I hope to hear from you soon.

I had alse faced the same issue did you get your money back, if yes how many days did it took.
