[Resolved]  IDP IELTS — Amount deducted but ielts slot not confirmed

I paid the fee for idp ielts computer based test on 22nd October 2021 at 12:58 pm. It showed processing for some time then it showed payment failed. I made the transaction through Google pay. Please kindly solve this issue ASAP as im desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled.
