IDP IELTS — Amount for the booking debited but slot has not been booked

Address:Parappilly house, Elthuruth p.o laloor

I had done my payment for the booking of my ielts exam slot on 11th august 2022 and the payment was done but i did not receive any email thus indicating my slot has not yet confirmed.I would like to have money refunded so that i could apply for anothet exam date as soon as possible
