Idp Ielts — Amount got debited from account but slot has been not allotted

I booked my IELTS slot and filled all required information and I've processed payment through UPI.My amount got deducted but my slot has been not confirmed and I didn't get any acknowledgement mail later.No one are responding regarding this is issue.The amount that got deducted is 14700/- and it's not small amount.Please try to resolve this issue and refund my money that got deducted.
