IDP IELTS — Complaint about paper

My name is Jatin sandhu. My passport number is T4884319.
I pre book my exam at 1st week of December. After that i book my exam at 30 December from IDP office at 5 february 2022. And i have recipt of booking for 5 February 2022 exam. And i paid my fees from HDFC bank and i have that recipt also. They booked my paper of 8 January without my consent. Before a day i got venue for 8 January paper. Which i never booked. And when i complaint at IDP office they force me to attempt 8 January paper. Because of there mistake they filled that paper. So i request to you that, give me my date, which i was filled and for which i gave fees.
