IDP IELTS — Did not receive confirmation email

On 5 january I booked a computer delivered test at nehru placer egus test centre. the payment got completed but after the payment portal I got redirected to the website with a message that said that the payment was rejected by the bank although bank confirmed that the amount has been deducted.
haven't received any mail or message regarding confirmation. willing to give additional personal information so please resolve it asap. either refund or confirm the booking
