IDP IELTS — Didn't get confirmation mail

Address:Patiala punjab

I have paid 14850 rupees on 7 oct for computer based ielts. And exam date in 21 oct...money has been deducted from my bank but I didn't received any confirmation mail nor I received any sms...I want either confirmation mail or refund ASAP!
