Idp Ielts — Didnt receive acknowledgment or any confirmation mail after booking ielts exam

Sir/madam
I booked the ielts exam for 10/11/2022 on 02/11/2022 .I paid the fee from my PhonePe and till now I havent got confirmation. I have been waiting for it.
Kindly look in to the matter n slove my case my passport no is W7907256
