Idp Ielts — EOR on speaking result delaying

Good Evening,
It's been 22 days of applied EOR in speaking on my computer delivered ielts test and I still waiting for my result. As IDP mentions we declared our result 2-21 days. I also tried many times to contact them on their customer no.[protected], but i didn't get any response. Here point to be noted, i need my result earlier as possible, since many of great universities deadlines for applying has already gone so far. In general may be it's not in the list of big concerns but at these moment, my future seems in the dark.
