Idp Ielts — Falsely banned for sending imposter

Hello,
I have given exam on 8 oct 2022. I didnt get my result then called idp they said its underinvestigation. After 2 days they sent a email that i am banned for sending an imposter . But i am innocent i have given exam myself. I have visited idp headoffice in gurgram and they said i have to appeal and pay fee again. This is all taking toll on my mental health . I have alrealy missed deadlines for some universities .

Please solve this issue you can call me for interview, match my fingerprints or ask for documents i can provide anything you want to prove that i am innocent .
