IDP IELTS — Fees deducted from my account but it shows payment failed

I paid the IELTS exam fees but the it shows the payment failed although the amount has been debited from my account. On calling the custimer service they said the website is not UPI friendly. I have not received any confitmation from them.
It is really not acceptable, if the website is not UPI friendly they should not give UPI as an option. Following are my details

Test Type: Pen and Paper Test
Module: Academic
Location: Bhopal
Test Date: 17/ February /2022

I request a full refund, so that I can re-register myself.
