Idp Ielts — First time user mandatory password reset, force-asks "latest test date", which is irrelevant!!

If I am a new user/examinee, who is registering for the first time ever, or have given IELTS around 4-5 years back, I should be able to rest password initially without any hassle. However, when one tries to reset the password for the first time, the system mandatorily asks for the latest test date, which is irrelevant, and makes no sense. This has been raised to them since 2020, and they have done nothing about it, till date. They are QUICK in raising the rates, but very slow or blind eyed for simple and relevant things, They believe in taking money, but not proving the basic stuff. Check the snapshot I have attached. I took it a few minutes back for this thread/complaint referencing purpose only.

Updated by tiredoffraudinindia BTW, for first time users, you can log in with your user ID and default password is:
NAMEDDMMYY
example name as per registration & gov id: USERNAME
example dob: 01/01/1990
Then default password is: USER010190
or
user010190

Upon login, it automatically asks to reset password.
