IDP IELTS — I am complaining about the call centre executive mr Kaushik (some one)

I had called me to inquire about the refund status and he is like half sleepy responding like very full to speak secondly he is too rude to answer my question of when I can get the refund and I asked him what is the time line, I explain him on website it’s mentioned 10-15days and I inform him like I received credit note so after it how many days more I need to wait, he said more 20 days I told him nothing mentioned tht on website then he replied very rudly like this is our working policy now if you want you can complain for it last but not least his way of dealing to customer complaints or queries is disgusting kindly train him to be energetic instead of full while communicating kindly check the recorded audio how he speaks
