Hello respected sir / mam. I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on today i.e ; 13/12/2022 on computer delivered ielts test for 29/12/2022 the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked but the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account I have paid the amount through phone pe UPI and below are the transaction details . my passport number: W3226294. Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible.
