Idp Ielts — IDP IELTS regarding payment deducted from account but didn't get any confirmation and booking is not confirmed

Hello respected sir / ma'am. I am Naghera Jaydip(JAY2167561) i am here to inform you that today on i.e:12/02/2023 I booked a test slot for 18/02/2023 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS.the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked and i did not get any email or text message.I paid payment the amount through google pay UPI.Below are screenshots attached.my passport number:T7825404.Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible
