IDP IELTS — IELTS exam amount deducted but didnt get any mail regarding confirmation

I paid the fee for IELTS IDP paper pen based test on 27 September at around 12 a.m. I paid through Icici bank via paytm net banking.bank and payment gateway is saying that transaction was successful, but I still have not received any confirmation mail from IELTS IDP. I connected with IDP but they said there is no any details of exam schedule.kindly solve this issue as soon as possible as I’m desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled. My passport number is R3562364 and Date of birth is 27th august 1999 . Payment gateway order no is [protected]
