Idp Ielts — I'm Complaining about My TRF Name Mismatch

I gave the IELTS exam on 30th july 2022 at MOGA Punjab. My passport Given name is Mehakdeep Singh while in my TRF report they mentioned my name wrongly like “Family Name is Singh and First Name is Mehakdeep. Even i made Corrections of my name in the data verification sheet before the LWR exam start.

I have emailed and call idp multiple times in the last two weeks. But email response time is 4-5 business days which is very slow. and they responding me like "We regret to inform that we are unable to make any changes to your personal information after your result is released."

but i already made Corrections of my name in the data verification sheet before the LWR exam start. Please rectify my given name as per my passport. So, that i can submit my case to the embassy.

If you need anything from my side please let me know and solve above said issue as as possible .
