Idp Ielts — Inhuman behavior of the staff

I am a lecturer and an acting consultant at the Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya. I was harassed at the Kandy IDP IELTS exam center by your staff. Without prior information, I was not allowed to go to the toilet half an hour before the exam. One invigilator lied to me, that I can go to the washroom during the break after the listening exam. Though I had a UTI I somehow managed the whole period with great pain, the misbehavior of the staff ruined my whole reading paper.
