IDP IELTS — Money debited no confirmation of slot or registration

I tried registering with IDP IELTS for the IELTS examination on AUGUST 3rd 2021. I paid the amount of Rs.14, 700 via upi id. It showed that there was a transaction error and there was no confirmation email regarding my payment and seat allotment. However, the money has been debited from my account, which my bank has confirmed but IDP is insisting that my name has not been registered. Rs. 14700 is a huge amount for me, so I can't register again till I get my money back. I intend to write the IELTS exam on SEPTEMBER 25 so I need to get the money back as soon as possible so that I can register myself again.
