IDP IELTS — Money deducted and date not confirmed.

I have booked IELTS exam though IDP site. they deducted 10, 750 from my account and didnt send me confirmation of receipt for money deducted or confirmation of exam date. i tried to contact the customer care but they response is completely useless. they informed me that they will refund my money in 7 working days. but by the time all the available slots will be filled and they suggest me to book another date but i cant risk anymore. The main point is once they deducted the money from my account why they are not sending confirmation email. and If the date is not confirmed why they deduct the money. their customer service is so crap. no proper response he just disconnected the chat. I tried to contact my friends they are also facing similar issues. i need a proper explanation why government is still not taking any action against IDP. Thank you

IDP India is practising all kinds of cheap tactics to make money. I had have the worst ever examination experience with them . Government should cancel their registration in this country and throw them out.

This is what i faced rightnow ..my fees deducted from 24 feb and didn't register my exam date . Even customer service is worst.thay said me wait and patience.so what should i do next ?should i register again and wait to get back my last transection ? Thank you

brother my money is deducted too from acoount but no conformation they are fraud
