Idp Ielts — Money deducted but received no confirmation and even the seats are not booked

I booked my ielts exam on 20 March 2023 but i havent received any confirmation mail and when i called them they told me that my ielts booking was not successful. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible because i want to book my ielts exam soon
