Idp Ielts — Money was debited from my account and no confirmation is provided.

Address:Anand, Gujarat, india

On 27th June i booked a ielts test from IDP INDIA website, money was debited (₹16250) from my bank account but no conformation is received.

Many time i call the coustomer care but the said one thing only that money is refunded in 7 to 10 working days.

Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
