IDP IELTS — Money was deducted but no confirmation email received. And no update about the payment

I booked my exam on 8th of November 2021 for 4th December 2021 but I received no confirmation email. On being asked to idp customer care they said that I need to update payment receipt but it has already been updated. Still it shows no payment info and says "booked" instead of "registered"
Please resolve this asap I need to give this exam.
