Idp Ielts — NO confirmation about EOR

I got my results out on 21 January, I wasn't satisfied with my results.So I applied for EOR on 25 January, but I didn't get any confirmation about this. The transaction has been done and when I contacted idp they said its not completed yet .My passport no. U3599510. Please refund me as soon as possible. So I can apply for eor again .

I called idp and they told me that I will get refund back and I should apply for eor again. I applied for eor again and same thing happened I didn't get any confirmation from their side .So I paid for eor twice and paid about 22, 250 rupees in total .But, no response yet. Please help me
