I was not able to attend speaking exam on 25 th as no information has been passed to me by mail or message and even the portal was updated 1 day priorer . Then I contact customer care they told me next available date will be given to you and you can attend LWR on 29th.
But it's been 17 days, am trying to contact with them via mail and several calls but no information has been updated and also they are making fool because results are already out of that exam, am not even getting proper response from idp side . Its a big loose for my money and time .
It's very disappointing for me to see such big organisation have zero costumer support .
i just want you to give me next available speaking exam date because I have already given my LRW, or a refund, or next available date for exam, because I don't have much time .
