I had filled the ielts test form on the 2nd of July for which I paid an amount of 15, 650 Rupees. The amount was deducted from my account instantly but I received no confirmation of the test booking either through text or email. I waited for a few days, however, there was no confirmation from their side. I called their helpline number and was informed that they had received no booking under my name. They advised me to write an email to the IDP India team. I emailed them regarding my concern attaching the transaction details and the payment reference number I received while making the payment. To which I received a vague unhelpful reply stating if any amount had been debited and no booking has been made against it the amount will be refunded within 10 days. However, it's the 25th of July today and I still haven't received my refund. The IDP team is reluctant to help me, they want me to book the test again without even confirming whether they received my earlier payment. I am getting no help from them even after providing them with the transaction screenshot and payment reference number.
