Idp Ielts — Payment deducted from my account but can not receive any mail about confirmation

I have registered my ielts exam date on 16th yesterday i have paid my fees but still I don't receive any mail about confirmation or registration but payment was successfully done through online what should I do? Please help me out with this problem my passport id is w8459989
