[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Payment done but didn't received confirmation over email or sms

I have booked for my IELTS general test yesterday i.e., Feb 11, 2023 for Feb 19, 2023 and my amount got deducts from my credit card, but I haven't received any confirmation over email or sms. I tried reaching out to toll free number, it says no test is booked for given passport number. I request for refund of 15, 650 back to my credit card. Attaching the details of the transaction.

How many days taken for the refund for process
In my scenario test got booked successfully but I havent received the confirmation mail. So they helped me to get the login credentials by clicking on forget username and post geting username clicked on forget password to get credentials
