[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Payment got debited and did not received acknowledgement mail

I had booked an Ielts exam on 1 dec'2022 and paid Rs.15750.
The amount got debited but I did not receive any confirmation mail, and it's been 7 days, still I have not received refund.
