Idp Ielts — payment issue

I booked 17 august 2019 ilets exam on 11/7/2019 and i rebooked exam on idp customer care instructions on 12/7/2019 and both time my registration is canceled but 26000 is deducted from my account and i made my payment through icci bank so i request you please refund my money
It's my humble request give me status refund and how much idp take to refund money
