I have experienced bad behaviour from my counsellor. I have 3 scenerios where the information should have been provided to me before time. Because of which I landed into problem.
1) She didnt tell me in advance that Visa medicals are to be done at a certain clinic only. I called the clinic several times they didn't respond. Then your counsellor said that they take 24 to 48 hours to reply. If this was the thing she should have said thi earlier and I would do it in advance. She tells me things only when I ask her. I am also new to this process. I have opted for Sept 2022 intake and each and every day is precious.
2) We were arranging money for GIC. She didnt mention to me that the money should be transferred from my account only. That created a mess. Later I asked whether I can transfer that money to my Indian account as I will be having no living exp because I am going to stay with my relatives there. She said yes you can do that. I did my own research and got to know that I can withdraw only 700 per month from GIC. I called her and asked her again whether I can transfer that money afterwards. She said yes. Then I confronted her about monthly withdrawal of 700 dollars. She said yes to this also. Which means she gave me false information kn such crucial matters. She was contradicting her point. I will have no problem if she says that she doesnt know. But she is givinh false information and when I ask her she says yes to that thing also.
3) The most important. We were into the process of arranging documents. I contacted her everyday. But when things were dicy I asked her some more things on my Visa. She then said that no it will take 2 3 months and I have only 2 months left for college. She said that there are two ways SDS and Non SDS. Non sds visas are coming faster. I said we will apply via that only. And now suddenly she said that I have gone through the offer letter its SDS. So I said how can we go for visa then because sds will take 2 3 months time. So then I finally aksed thats there is no point of applying to visa right. Then she said yes.
