Idp Ielts — Refund not received

I had booked IELTS examination for date 20th February 2022. Due to medical reason, i had initiated my refund application with supporting documents.
On 4th February IDP IELTS approved my cancellation reason and stated that the amount will be credited within 12-15 working days.
I had received credit note on 17th February, 2022 but still i haven't received my refund.
Please look into this issue and refund ny amount as soon as possible.
