I wanted two hard copies of my TRF to be sent to my organization . I paid 3000 rupees for that ( paid on July 1, 2022 - invoice attached below ). After 4 days only 1 was showing processing instead of two, so i contacted ielts toll-free number and asked . They said only one has been processed and the other was not processed so it will be refunded and that i had to pay again 1500rs separately for the same ( paid on July 5, 2022 - invoice attached below ) ... They said refund will be processed within 10- 15 days. It's been 20 days . I have mailed multiple times and called multiple times. Everytime they said same answer that it will take 10-15 days . No one ever reads the email properly nor listens to what I say properly . IN SHORT I wanted 2 copies and paid for 3 copies as said by the help center . I HAVE PAID 4500RS IN TOTAL . for two copies it should be 3000 RS . I have to be refunded 1500rs . I have all the call recordings i[censored] want I'll send them too. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. they are just cutting calls not replying to emails.. since July 7 I'm facing this . Today is August 16. Still not resolved. Very rude and irresponsible.
