Idp Ielts — Regarding not receiving confirmation email and payment success

I haven’t received any mail of confirmation or payment success on August 10th 6.01pm when the payment of 16250 was made to the IDPEducationprivatelimited for the ielts registration of September 2nd and the money is debited from my account however i havent received any confirmation mail or payment success on the same. Can someone look into the matter and revert back on the same?
