Idp Ielts — Registration not done but my money deducted

On 11 December I booked my test after booked the test I used my debit card to pay fees and I paid 15650 and my money deducted but i did not receive any confirmation message and no email regarding confirmation but my money deducted so instantly I called IDP agent and she said your registration has not done and you wait for 7 to 10 days for refund but i am so scared and feel very stressed for my money it’s a humble request to solve my issue as soon as possible
