IDP IELTS — Result stuck 4dec

My passport R2597357 First of all idp is under suspicion .because when i have already my result which was sent me by text message that you got 7 band on 18/12/2021 near about 12:30 that means i have meet with my requirement of bands in Ielts for further filling for abroad then after 4days i got mail that your result is withheld on 21/12/2021. Could idp explain me that you have contracted with candidates life because it’s not a little thing it’s ruined my life I have already given more than 18 Ielts test from IDP i do not have much money to give idp just for your foolish inquiry and give another test
