[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Slot booking failed, but money deducted.

Today i.e on 26/12/2022 i booked test slot for 14/01/2023 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS. My account has been debited amount of 15, 500. I paid fees via google pay upi. Below are screenshots attached.

Kindly resolve my problem so that i can book test.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
the complaint got resolved within 3 working days. I had also email the official email id of IDP ILETS INDIA.
IDP IELTS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
