IDP IELTS — Speaking test scheduled on September 16th [Mid week] and informed on September 13th (noon) . No response for reschedule request

I booked my IELTS test on July 26th 2021 with IDP for September 18th 2021(Saturday). IDP decides to set my speaking test on September 16th 2021 (Thursday) and inform me about this on September 13th 2021 (that too after my mail and live chat message asking for update on speaking test info). There is no way as a working professional, I can travel 300 miles for Speaking test which is being conducted mid week with such a short notice (less than 3 day notice). I was asked to mail regarding this issue. But, It's been more than 2 days and I still don't have a response from them. Their live chats are rarely operational and their toll free number doesn't work (all I get is a busy message). A toll free customer care number is supposed to queue the calls if it is busy. I believe their customer care number doesn't work anymore. I found a alternate number and still no response from them (good part at least it rings). I never had this issue when British council conducted the IELTS exam. They were clear about their schedule. IDP should start taking customer care seriously.
