Idp Ielts — Test Booking Payment was deducted from my bank account but confirmation has not received.

Hello,
Respected Sir/Mam,

I am here to inform you that today(11th September 2023), I booked IELTS Pen and Paper based test for Exam to be held in 23rd September, at 12:55 PM noon time.
The amount Rs. 16250 however was deducted from my account but the slot has not been booked yet. This means that Confirmation regarding payment and test still has not been sent to me yet. I have paid the amount through Google pay via (powered by HDFC) but i still dont recieve confirmation via email or Sms from IDP. Below are my transaction details:

Please, resolve my issue as fast as possible as I want to verify test slot as soon as possible (before it gets late) when get the refund.
