Hi Team,

I have booked a ielts slot on 06th June 2023 for Computer-delivered IELTS test for 29th July 2023 the amount 16250 INR has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked . I have paid the amount through PhonePe via Razorpay (scan) but I haven't received any confirmation over email or sms. Below are the transaction details.

      Hi Idp
      I am a ielts candidate from Bangalore, india and recently attempt ielts acedemic coumputer based exam on 17 may 2023.
      I received my result on 20 may 2023 in which I got overall 7 bands and now I want to apply for abroad study but unfortunately I am unable to download my eTRF and facing 404error in it . It is my humble request to you please fix that errror or send me my TRF copy on via email or phone . My candidate number is : 003674

        hey so I immediately sent an mail to idp ielts regarding the problem and I kept calling them everyday. And I got my refund after 3 working days.

          Sir, due to some reason I had to get cancel my test and after this I followed the all steps and explained my test cancellation reason by attaching all required docs and shared the mail to IELTS Idp india .
          After this on 20th April IELTS idp assured me to return my refund Amt with in 20 working days .. but today it’s almost past more the their committed time window and still I didn’t receive my payment back and even they are not responding..
          Pls help

            I am here to inform you that i have booked IELTS slot on 8th May 2023 for pen and paper based test for 27th May 2023. The amount of ₹16250 has been deducted from my bank account but the slot has not been booked. I have paid the amount using NetBanking hdfc bank and below are the transaction details.

              Hi,

              I hope you are well.
              My passport number is M1770918. I booked the general pen and paper based exam for 11th May 2023 in Chandigarh. I made payment using UPI (paytm). Money got deducted from my account but paper is not booked yet. The transaction was done on 6th May 2023.

              The UPI transaction reference number is[protected]. And the screenshot is attached below.

              It is kindly requested to look into it and give the refund as soon as possible.

                Idp Ielts — Refund on EOR not received

                I have given my exam on 6 of March 2023 and after getting my result, i went for EOR due to low band in writting on 10th of March and on 23nd March 2023 my score had been changed to 6.0 from 5.5 but till now i did not recive my refund, today the date is 25 April 2023 I am writing this complaint on.

                My recipt no is E/03-23HR0001380
                I have recived a credit note/ refund voucher but money is not recived yet.

                  I am Arshdeep Kaur. I had booked my IELTS exam from IDP's official site. I have filled all the essential details required to book the test. Besides, I've completed the payment procedure as well. INR 16, 250 has been deducted from my account. I was even provided with a reference number named 8753324. But, I've not received any acknowledgement. Please find the following screenshot for your reference.

                    I gave the IELTS exam on 30th july 2022 at MOGA Punjab. My passport Given name is Mehakdeep Singh while in my TRF report they mentioned my name wrongly like “Family Name is Singh and First Name is Mehakdeep. Even i made Corrections of my name in the data verification sheet before the LWR exam start.

                    I have emailed and call idp multiple times in the last two weeks. But email response time is 4-5 business days which is very slow. and they responding me like "We regret to inform that we are unable to make any changes to your personal information after your result is released." but i already made Corrections of my name in the data verification sheet before the LWR exam start. so it's not my mistake.

                    Kindly Please rectify my given name as per my passport. So, that i can submit my case to the embassy.

                    If you need anything from my side please let me know and solve above said issue as as possible .

                                  I have booked a slot for computer delivered IELTS Academic test today i.e., 15 March 2023 for April 2, 2023. The payment was done through PhonePe via Razorpay.
