IDP IELTS — Transfer request and call center support are awful

I had requested for transfer of exam through letter and via mail. For each response, it takes 5-8 days in mail, meanwhile if it is through call support, these `### are asking to wait. If it is told to wait then no need of call support to specify "wait".
This is an absurdity.
