Idp Ielts — Unable to reschedule the speaking slot which was automatically booked my idp.

I was informed to book my preferred speaking slot from 19-21jul but it was not enabled. On 23rd it was auto scheduled. However I need to get it posponed as I will not be available during the slot which u mentioned. Emailed for the same but not addressed so far on the revised timeslot.

Kindly issue me a refund. I am fed up of IDP's nonsense. Telling me the exam date now with no details or confirmation. I am not interested in appearing for any exam conducted by IDP now. Issue me a refund. Totally pathetic
