[Resolved] IFB — Dishwasher not working properly

I have a IFB dishwasher (Neptune DX). It is not working properly as the dishes after the cleaning cycle contain a MILKY-WHITISH layer.This problem is persisting from a long time.I complained about this problem many times reference to complaint ids:13679054, 13679049, 13625120, 13580166.At first it was visited by the IFB technician of my city and he told that the RINSE AID was not getting cleaned properly and changed the settings of rinsed aid to low.But still the problem was NOT resolved.
When I complained again, IFB technician from Ghaziabad visited and told that it is not the rinse aid instead the SALT CONTROLLING CHIP WASN'T WORKING.So he REPLACED the chip.
Unfortunately, even now, the problem PERSISTS.The product is UNDER warranty.I have complaint many times and still there is no solution.
I am highly UNSATISFIED by the dishwasher's performance.Please provide me assistance at the earliest. I would prefer a replacement of machine if this particular piece is not working properly.I am also attaching a picture of washed glasses which contain the milky-whitish layer.

Updated by nidhi.jain Today I got a call from IFB customer care no. [protected].MR.ANOOP called up. He told me that they had NO previous record of my complaints inspite of the fact that I provided all the complaint IDs. Moreover, even though my product is UNDER warranty, he told me that replacement wont be done under ANY circumstances.
The dishwasher is NOT in a working position and is UNDER WARRANTY.The same problem arises even after so many technician visits.
Kindly let me know the exact replacement policy of IFB.I, being an old customer of IFB, am really disappointed by the way the customer care representative presented the info.
